Drive thru super slow (only car in the drive thru). No professionalism from the person who actually helped (no good afternoon, thank you or have a nice day). Like I was bothering her. And one employee was either face timing or on a video call with someone on her phone. So another emoyee to busy to help.
A great bank with the best service—very friendly and competent staff who explain everything thoroughly. They are extremely polite and kind; I’ve been with this bank for 20 years and consider it the best, offering top-notch customer service because they truly respect their clients and are always smiling. It is always a pleasure for me to visit this U.S. Bank branch.
Busy window. They need more tellers. Friendly service!!!
Sylvia is Wonderful, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. She made everything easy and smooth from start to finish and went above and beyond to help me. U.S. Bank is lucky to have her!
