Horrible bank, absolutely horrible. Deposited $1,600 cash into the ATM, and it robbed my money. Now I’m being told it’s going to take about “10 - 45 calendar days” LOL until I get my money I worked for back. Currently super negative in my account due to this, and going to continue to accumulate late fees because of this horribly put together bank. Good job US bank
Bad customer service. Apparently waiting in line doesn’t matter and the clerks pick who they want to help.
