Awful cs reps that say "ummmm" and "I dont know" a lot Isn't NOT very transparent and I will not put my money in an institution that "doesn't know" why they do the things they do.
I'm going to give Lexi, the beautiful lady who helped me open a new account at US bank , full five stars. Her efficaciency, professionalism, friendliness and top notch customer service was outstanding! O what a pleasure it was to be at the bank and watch Lexi skillfully open my new account speedily! even as she explained all the items connected with account opening and the best offers of the bank. Two thumbs way up for Lexi and the US bank !
