Absolute worst usbank in the area. Thought I was at the dmv for the 15mins I waited in line.
Would give it negative stars if I could. We have all been standing in a line for other 30 mins with no teller. Understaffed and terrible customer service. Personal bankers doing absolutely nothing about it.
