I had to get new checking account due to fraud on my account. Was not told there would be a ten day hold on deposits. Currently waiting until the 12th of August for my paycheck to be released from a hold. On day 2 went in and the manager said they would get the hold lifted because I have been with the bank for 30 years. He did not do what he said he would do and I am left broke as US Bank hijacks my money.
Daniela & Sarah are AMAZING! This is, hands down, the friendliest, cleanest & fastest US Bank I have ever visited. Thank you US Bank for retaining such great team members!
