The Tellers in Newport have been Fabulous In helping me with gathering all the information for my mothers estate after she past Everyone that I have dealt with in the Newport Branch has been exceptional

The the reps are rude. They will make you jump through every hoop that they can if they don't like you. This is weird considering they have your money. And the manager. It is worse like you fight Minnie bosses, before you get to the main one. Banks are going to be absolutely once crypto takes effect

Did not have to wait to be served at the drive through. The gentleman was attentive and friendly handling my two deposits along with cash back on one of them. Great service to a retired employee. I plan to stay with US Bank.
