Great bank with a great staff
This is the worst bank in Burlington iowa. They are slow. There was a fraud on my account they have completely frozen my account I can't get my money out can't get social security deposited. It has been over 75 days. And they still say it I s pending. I can't even just close my account they are idiots. Never use them. They want help I you at all. Use any bank but u.s. bank.
The young man and young lady that were working were friendly, fun and personable. I left the bank laughing.
Terribly slow and inefficient. I called the phone number for the local Burlington branch and found myself circling in an automated system for over 8 minutes. When it finally decided to forward me to a live person it said my wait would be approximately 10 minutes! I just hung up and went to the bank.
