I requested a simple service that should be available at any bank, which is cashing a check, but the employee was unhelpful and told me to go to another branch in a different area. Why do you even have a branch in our area if you don't provide even the most basic services?
Had to go to the bank to open a business account 3x, and the wait is insane, you will wait for 10 people that walk in after you for the banker to see you. Unnecessary waste of time.
Pat was great to talk to, however Malek Saleh was the rudest employee in the building, very condescending
