Daisy was the best! They were short-staffed, but she took her time in walking me through opening a new account and answered all my questions. It’s nice to have that one on one experience at the bank. I really appreciate all her help. Thanks!
I wish I could leave zero stars for this location, I would not recommend this staff here for anything as simple as a deposit. I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the two Hispanic employees refused to allow me to deposit two checks drawn on a U.S. Bank account from People Gas into my checking account. I will be closing my account and escalating this matter to the headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
