I came in today to exchange my $100 bill for smaller denominations, and Garret assisted me in a very professional manner. This is the best U.S. Bank I've been to so far
We have utilized the Harvester (MO) branch of U.S. Bank for many years. We have found the staff at this branch to be exceptional. In particular we have found Jason Smith & Kelli to be part of the assets we have with the bank. They have assisted us with basic & extraordinary account questions & concerns. We have used US Bank for our business account for the last 15 years. In general a great bank for businesses. I personally really like going to the Harvester Branch. They remember me, are so friendly, and knowledgeable.
The ATM at this location ate my money as well. The teller was a bit rude and I could tell he didn’t really care about my issue.
