Dont ever use US Bank, especially for your home mortgage. They added additional fees to my mortgage account for "flood insurance" on a house that was never in a flood zone...likely a sister company they get a kick back from. Then when I had to pay several hundred dollars of my own money to correct their mistake, they then kept all of the extra money I paid in for "escrow" purposes even though it was far beyond the legal requirements for my account. In a nutshell theyve stolen my money to earn interest for themselves.
IF YOU HAVE A HORRIBLE SERVICE WITH A MERCHANT. US BANK WILL NOT BACK YOU AND YOU ARE JUST STUCK. I MUST HAVE WASTED 60 HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH US BANK AND THEY WERE VERY INEFFECTIVE AND RUDE AND NEVER TOOK CARE OF THE CLAIM THEY ALSO TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION
