Web site goes down frequenty. Online bill payment procedure changed recently-now more awkward with multiple screens. ATM Bill selection problematici--few merchants accept $100 bills.
This bank charges rediculous fees. Watch out--it cost \$20.00 if you have money transfered into your account from another bank. Did some research and other banks do that for free. You really do have to watch your account like a hawk--I think that staff is ok--not great. I am in the process of switching to another bank.
The staff is always very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this bank.
I would run from this bank. The fees they charge to make money are ridiculous and not at all in the best interest of their clients.
They have excellent staff, but you have to watch your account like a hawk. My wife well 1.35 below her balance and ended up with over \$40.00 worth of fees. They charge you \$39.00 for every time you go below your balance and \$7.00 per day that it is in the negative and if you fall below even by a dollar they sock it to you. I would use another bank if it were me. Again the staff is excellent though.
