Deanna Shultz was seriously amazing! Not o my did she make a call to the fraud department yesterday, sit on hold for an hour and call me back, but did the exact same thing this morning in person. Very rarely do you get someone willing to go above and beyond in situations they don’t have to, but she made sure that we got our account figured out and did everything in her power to ensure we get our money redirected. I can't say enough about Deanna Schultz she made a horrible experience a dream! I won't go into details but I had a another account with another bank that was compromised and Deanna help me out got me set up new credit card and I just can't stop raving about her she is great!!!😁
Running a hotel and trying to keep smaller change in the register, It would be nice to drop off a Benji or two to get my smaller bills..and some change.. well, apparently that's not what banks are for, I was educated in a rude manner.. kinda half the reason I got an account with you guys... SMH
