The teller that helped us deposit a cashiers check 5/19/2026 was extraordinary! So friendly and helpful. True customer service and very competent.
The employees of this branch were very happy, friendly, informative and helpful. I left with a smile on my face in knowing that I had accomplished what I went in to do which wasn't just a simple transaction. They took my happiness as a customer to heart. I'm better off now than when I went in and I accomplished more than I had intended to accomplish on that day, you can't ask for more than that.
I dont give bad reviews but this is the 2nd time I have been screwed over by this bank. First time I went to pay my rent and they locked my account for 48 hours for suppose there was fraud on account. Which is so weird because it went through any other time. There has always been enough if not more in the account. Now I had tax check direct deposit and it was on pending for a few days. They said funds was hoing to be available today. 2/14/2026. Giving two stars only because the tellers were nice. Went to cash a CASHIER'S check drawn at this branch but was told that because I didn't bank there they couldn't cash it because it was over the limit for a non-member. Like they didn't have enough physical cash to cover it. What a joke! It's a CASHIER'S check. Someone had to give you CASH to get it. Don't care if it was physical cash or not! Your a bank that's your SOLE purpose is to have money available to cover your members checks cashier or otherwise!
These guy's are AWESOME! When I mean these guy's, I'm talking about Emily, Hannah, Edward, Stephanie, and Isabella. When one person couldn't find the answer, or help me with a particular question or issue, the next person could. Everyone was so quick to help me with whatever I needed. I appreciate all of you! Keep up the excellent customer service.
