Giving two stars only because the tellers were nice. Went to cash a CASHIER'S check drawn at this branch but was told that because I didn't bank there they couldn't cash it because it was over the limit for a non-member. Like they didn't have enough physical cash to cover it. What a joke! It's a CASHIER'S check. Someone had to give you CASH to get it. Don't care if it was physical cash or not! Your a bank that's your SOLE purpose is to have money available to cover your members checks cashier or otherwise!
These guy's are AWESOME! When I mean these guy's, I'm talking about Emily, Hannah, Edward, Stephanie, and Isabella. When one person couldn't find the answer, or help me with a particular question or issue, the next person could. Everyone was so quick to help me with whatever I needed. I appreciate all of you! Keep up the excellent customer service.
