Go to another branch. US Bank is ok but some folks at this branch don't like their customers and don't know their own policies or rules. When you had a bad experience with a customer, just take a breath and chill for a second. Don't take it out on the next customer. Anyway, I went to the branch on Dundee and BG and they resolved my issue super quick with zero aggression.
Great service by Ms Juana Arreguin. Prompt and friendly, I come to open my personal checking (opened business one earlier) and everything was accomplished.
