The service here is not great at all. I called, and they answered and before I could say anything they quickly hung up. So I decided to go up there, there was no one inside other than the tellers, and when one of them decided to help me they felt the need to talk to me like I was 2. This branch has shown me why I left us bank and why I'll never be going back to it.
Drive through was quick and workers are very nice
Too many card issues and difficult to manage. Bots on every line and there iss no way to get real help ive has the same card malfunction happen twice
I would not recommend this Bank I have Ben There a little over a year and there service has went bad they was real friendly with customers but now they are rude and don't care if they wait on you and there maintenance fees has went through the roof They must be having financial problems but not sure of that. They used to wave the maintenance fees for me because if you had a credit card then it was supposed to be free Checking but that has changed so I closed my account with them because I am not paying a 12.00 dollar mainten... read more
