Very disappointed with this bank’s service. I was told to wait and was very patient, but after more than 20 minutes no one came to help me. I even saw more bankers walking around and still no one approached or asked if I needed assistance. If you value your time, think twice before coming here — customer service clearly isn’t a priority.
Went to US Bank 2 weeks ago to open an account with a jar full of change (coins). Was told we needed to wrap the coins because the coin counter was broken. OK, I understand, things break. We went home and wrapped all the coins. Today, we went back to US bank to open a account with our wrapped coins, to be told, we need to unwrap the coins, as they would need to go through the coin counter. Really??? You lost a customer!!! Cause I do know that you could have taken the wrapped coins and counted them like q of your competitors ... read more
Went in to cash in a check at 4ish pm and they lady acted lock I forged a signature and also was calling my id fake because it’s from Arizona , it was racially motivated because I’m black
Never can s peak with the person only transfer and transfer waste time bad services
