ATM is frequently out of service which means having to go into the branch. Typically only one bank teller working, while multiple personal bankers sit at their desks, watching the lines grow without making any effort to assist. Very reminiscent of the way “big banks” operate. Customer service simply doesn’t exist anymore. Banking is and will forever be a people business and most banks and their corporate, automated structure don’t realize and/or care about that.
Gary the teller is absolutely atrocious. If he doesn’t want to work he should just stay home. No greeting or nothing. I asked for a simple request and he said it couldn’t be done. So I spoke with Reina and Nick and they were able to do it within 2 minutes. US Bank please provide training to Gary if he can’t do something as easy as printing statements for a former client. Thank you Reina and Nick for making up for this inadequate employee(Gary)
My family banks here we have our business accounts here but I never had account for myself outside my current credit union account. I work with Nick what a great experience… do yourself a favor reach out to Nick and set up your new account at this location.
Found everyone to be super nice and knowledgeable
Very disappointed with this bank’s service. I was told to wait and was very patient, but after more than 20 minutes no one came to help me. I even saw more bankers walking around and still no one approached or asked if I needed assistance. If you value your time, think twice before coming here — customer service clearly isn’t a priority.
