I don't dislike the bank per se but I have certainly had my fair share of issues but someone needs to seriously fix the ATM drive-thru, why do you have a concrete barrier that goes so far out that I damn near need to hit the bush before I start turning so that I don't run over it? I actually do have to scrape the front of my truck on the bush if I take it
Horrible drive-through ATM. #1 it’s in the building and not the outer lane like every other bank #2 they have a long tall curb on the right side of your car with no signs or warnings where it ends. I saw 2 cars scratch the heck out of their rims pulling out because you can’t see it when you’re leaving

I’ve tried twice to deposit a 2 party check at this branch and have been refused both times even after talking with the manager the second time. According to them, the person has to be with me. I called customer service and they said that is not US Banks policy. I’ve banked with US Bank for 20 years and have deposited several 2 party checks without difficulty and did not have the person with me. This is the only branch I have had difficulty with.
