After reporting a possible fraud the gentleman was very kind and patient with this old broad.
All of my experiences with US Bank thus far have been with Ms. Bina Thakkar, who helped me with my business banking needs. I don't dislike the bank per se but I have certainly had my fair share of issues but someone needs to seriously fix the ATM drive-thru, why do you have a concrete barrier that goes so far out that I damn near need to hit the bush before I start turning so that I don't run over it? I actually do have to scrape the front of my truck on the bush if I take it
Horrible drive-through ATM. #1 it’s in the building and not the outer lane like every other bank #2 they have a long tall curb on the right side of your car with no signs or warnings where it ends. I saw 2 cars scratch the heck out of their rims pulling out because you can’t see it when you’re leaving
