I’ve tried twice to deposit a 2 party check at this branch and have been refused both times even after talking with the manager the second time. According to them, the person has to be with me. I called customer service and they said that is not US Banks policy. I’ve banked with US Bank for 20 years and have deposited several 2 party checks without difficulty and did not have the person with me. This is the only branch I have had difficulty with. UPDATE: US Bank called me this afternoon to discuss the incident that occurred today and they are elevating the report and investigating further. Expecting to hear from them within a week, I will update this review if there’s a resolution. I’ve been banking with this location since it was charter one. My entire wallet was stolen two days ago and they said there’s NOTHING they can do to help me. They won’t even order me a new card or let me access my account. I brought in my social, my birth certificate, and my marriage certi... read more

US Bank in Algonquin IL does an outstanding service to us. CD, Money Market, Checking. People are very helpful and knowledgable. Have lived in 7 different states and they are one of the best!
