Was selling a vehicle to a gentleman, and asked to confirm the funds. Bank teller gave me attitude trying to make me seem like I was uneducated. Basically laughed in my face, would like to see her in my position. Overall terrible staff.
To pay off the credit card today, I know I need to pay more than $300. However, the clerk told me that I only needed to pay $62 on my credit card to restore the $500 limit. When I get home and use my credit card to pay $400, the balance is insufficient. I don't know why she was so bad. I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes as if all the staff didn't see me. No, the lady saw it. She just ignored me. If your attitude is that arrogant, then let your work be more professional, rather than frequent mistakes.
Been with this bank for a long time before they closed the cary location and do not recommend due to poor customer services and faulty systems with the apps and over draft issues I had a business accidentally double charge me and it over drafts the account and even though they refunded the money us bank did not give back the over draft fee because it happened earlier in the year....which I admit but this one absolutely was insane and I overall cannot stand this bank
I needed a large cash withdrawal, so I called before I went not realizing I talked to a rep, not someone at the Bank so when I got there they didn't have the cash, but Lindsey was so understanding and polite and she even called another branch so I could get the cash I needed. She kept apologizing but I understood it was not her fault. She definately made me feel like a valued customer, and made my day..
