This is one of THE BEST US Branch locations I have ever had the privilege of attending in person! The staff was warm and welcoming, in a way that made you feel like family (the good kind lol). They also retained their professional manner when handling my business. I will definitely come to this location for my future banking needs, even though I have other options due to frequent travel to/from Utah. It's worth the wait!
Shady way of doing business and rude teller. Not recommended
I love this small but helpful branch, and it's pleasant and kind employees. I'm traveling and have come across some unexpected financial issues along the way. I have other bank accounts & credit union accounts, but it is so nice to know that I'm covered, even if out of state, with my bank. Thank you so much to the kind employees of the Evanston branch, U.S. Bank. I wish all of you the very best of holiday.
