This is an amazing bank I was actually went in to close my account but Fernanda completely changed my mind. She took the time to explain the many options the bank has with the accounts I have and new ones that gain the most interest rather than letting money sit. Her level of helpfulness is unique.
After almost 10 yrs with this bank, I will NEVER bank with them again! I went inside the bank to deposit checks and bank teller put the wrong numbers in and after realizing it later on the bank put me in an over draft to where I owe them money instead of taking responsibility and fixing it! I am now in financial hardships, as well as getting no answers from the branch manager who seems to not care about what was done. Very friendly and welcoming
Everyone in the branch was very nice! My experience was so wonderful, that I will be making the drive from Cal City and bypassing the branch nearest me just to go here. The security guard opens the door for you & speaks, the tellers are friendly and they also speak. I typically hate going into the bank because I don't enjoy dealing with bad customer service, but this branch feels like I'm in Mayberry with Andy Griffin & Aunt Bea!
