Bank closes at 4:45 everyday. Every customer that walks in is forced to be upsold into something they never requested or asked for. Bank tellers hear the drive thru bell and refuse to service the window. Manager hand selects customers that are the same ethnicity to offer better rates for CDs. Cornelius the teller engages in high risk actions that’s need to be reviewed. Aggressive towards anyone who doesn’t sign up for his requests. Much more wrong with this place, PLEASE AVOID
Been going their for years. And recently this place has got horrible. The only prompt and courteous ones are Joe and Shiela. They left me sitting in drive threw for 20 mins after helping someone else just walked away. And they saw me, no hey well be back, nothing. Then when I press button and ask I get a attitude from the guy. Then when lady finally comes back they help someone else that was their after me. And laugh while their doing it! Great customer service
This is an amazing bank I was actually went in to close my account but Fernanda completely changed my mind. She took the time to explain the many options the bank has with the accounts I have and new ones that gain the most interest rather than letting money sit. Her level of helpfulness is unique.
