The branch manager Jona is condescending and passive aggressive to her customers. I have witnessed her be overly nice to select people, but then treat others (of her own ethnic background) rudely. Also, the Hispanic male bank teller is also rude and condescending. The rest of the staff are nice.I only use this branch because it is local, but I am considering switching to a different bank altogether!

This Bank is terrible they don’t answer phones the service is terrible I would not recommend this back at all if you want to go to a U.S. bank try the one up the street on Kedzie this bank I give this bank zero stars
Drive thru is way too slow. Once you get help the service is good, but the wait even when their aren't a lot of cars.....you could write a novel. But I think they know this already, which is sad.
