The absolute best US Bank I have ever been to. Specifically, Ashley (was working on Friday) put more effort into helping every customer than I’ve ever seen at a bank. The most helpful bank teller I’ve ever talked to, WORLDS better and more considerate than every banker and teller in the St. Louis area. Everyone working was fully considerate, helpful, and fast, all with a smile on their face. So slow. Not enough tellers? Zero stars is too high. 1st in drive thru. Waited 20 minutes
The employee was professional, very courteous and a pleasure to work with. My transaction was done excellently and all of my questions were answered. My wait time was about 3 minutes! Always exciting to feel appreciated and respected as a customer. One of the best banking experience I have had!
