Went to the branch after an online compromise event forced accounts to be locked. Have mentioned to USBank that their employee training needs work; we were told things that were later contradicted during support phone calls. The whole experience in the branch seemed less-than professional and left me feeling confused and uneasy. We've been USBank customers since they came to the area - guessing 25-30 years ago. Ashlyn went above and beyond. Great customer service. A very engaging and delightful person.
I have been going to this branch for the past year for work and have always had a good experience. Ashlynn has been amazing! I went in this morning to cash a check and had the WORST experience with Linda. She told me that I was rude and to move over to a different teller. I will not be returning here again.
Tellers (Amy and Ashlyn) are very knowledgeable and prompt. They even greet me by my name when I walk in the branch!
