This has been my go to bank for 30+ years but it has really gone down in customer service. It seems since their new Manager came (I believe his name is Omar) customers are no longer important. If you let him know of a problem he very clearly lets you know he doesn't care.
Omar was given information sensitive information and blew it. I will never trust US Bank nor Omar. Make better decisions Omar.
I started coming here after being dissatisfied with other local US Bank locations. Each time I came in I was greeted by a teller who made a connection. I prefer not to handle our accounts online. Garrett assisted us in opening an additional account and was very knowledgeable, friendly and accomidating.
The folks who work here are patient, polite, and the service is quick and easy!
I’ve always had a good experience here. Professional, helpful, and friendly staff.
