I am very "technically challenged", and I was having trouble getting the US Bank app on my phone. Yuliia offered to help me immediately, and she completely solved my problem. And she couldn't have been nicer about it!!! I've been banking at this branch for many years, and I've always had good service from everyone there, but I'm particularly grateful to Yuliia for her help today. She's great!!!
My wife and I opened business and personal accounts at this US Bank Branch and we could not be happier. The level of service and the options the bank offers are first rate. We moved from our old bank to US Bank because the people are friendlier and all the options offered are better and more up to date. We were welcomed warmly when we came in to open our accounts and all are questions were answered.
