I am very "technically challenged", and I was having trouble getting the US Bank app on my phone. Yuliia offered to help me immediately, and she completely solved my problem. And she couldn't have been nicer about it!!! I've been banking at this branch for many years, and I've always had good service from everyone there, but I'm particularly grateful to Yuliia for her help today. She's great!!!
