Helena at the Nile’s on Dempster location was wonderful. She welcomed me over from across the room. She helped me with a problem I was having and took the time to solve it. I’m so grateful that she was working today. If you want that small town feel bank, head over to this location. Great experience.

Excellent bank the USBank at this location has sexual in service. I love the complete USBank chain. Highly recommended excellent company greet, sir customers rate perfect customer service every time.
Recently usbank closed my account and froze my money without explanation so I tried my best to unfreeze it. No other branch than this one was able to give me a proper explanation and solution. HIBA was fantastic she was able to manually push through the system and void the holds and the MANAGER was great too unfortunately I was not able to grasp his name but he wears a nice tuxedo. He called and resolved issues and instead of waiting for 60 days I only waited 15
