My company recently has an incident and the thanks to the quick action of Diane (branch manger) and Ashley (small business specialist) the situation was resolved quickly. thank you ladies for your attention to our situation.
ATM never has cash
I have been attended to by many different counter personnel over the years and I can honestly say there's only one who is pleasant. All of the others have been short, curt, and dismissive. I recently closed my accounts and moved to another bank - just because of the poor attitude of most of the employees.
The people and service do a really good job. The facility looks nice and always clean; it's just too small.
