UPDATE TAX TIME -- February 20205: ** Can't make this up -- they have a 90 day expiration rule on their mobile deposit imaging -- so if you're doing your taxes, and want to go back through any records from 2024, they've already dumped the imaging. I stopped on January 7th from out of town just to find that the bank was closed. Having access to my money is important to me so I will be closing accounts within the next month thanks for nothing
Dianna has been my go to person for over 22 years. The bank has changed names several times, and just about everyone else has left. If it were not for her I would have left a well.
The worst customer service I have ever seen at us bank branches I would not advise to someone to stop this branch at all...
