Wish I could rate this bank manager (Grant) a zero. He's the worst I have encountered, anywhere. He's dismissive, smug and not interested in customer service. I have experienced this twice. I left Wells Fargo, but may have made a mistake.
I had a problem big problem that branch manager Grant was able to solve. I really appreciate the help and quality of service. I had visited 3 branches before getting a hold of WBL branch manager Grant who could finally give me an answer!! Thank you Grant. I will continue to bank with U.S. Bank due to you great help!! Thank you again!!!
