Terrible branch!! The reviews are totally right!! Was profiled and disrespected by the branch manger (Grant?) Aren’t branch manager supposed to help their customers? Wish I could rate this bank manager (Grant) a zero. He's the worst I have encountered, anywhere. He's dismissive, smug and not interested in customer service. I have experienced this twice. I left Wells Fargo, but may have made a mistake.
