Terrible branch!! The reviews are totally right!! Was profiled and disrespected by the branch manger (Grant?) Aren’t branch manager supposed to help their customers? Grant strives to do the complete opposite. Complete worst experience I have ever had. I and another customer were sent away with no results. It is extremely inconvenient. Wish I could rate this bank manager (Grant) a zero. He's the worst I have encountered, anywhere. He's dismissive, smug and not interested in customer service. I have experienced this twice. I left Wells Fargo, but may have made a mistake.
I had a problem big problem that branch manager Grant was able to solve. I really appreciate the help and quality of service. I had visited 3 branches before getting a hold of WBL branch manager Grant who could finally give me an answer!! Thank you Grant. I will continue to bank with U.S. Bank due to you great help!! Thank you again!!!
