I will absolutely piggy-back on the high-regard for this branch...in particular Rachel, the manager, and the employees here (which I believe awesome knows awesome: Rachel has in place her hand-picked, best-ever, US Bank Branch team). This branch is the best because it rolls from the top...Rachel :-))) Rachel has been working through a re-fi as well as debt consolidation with me. She truly cares for her customers and understands his/her needs. I highly recommend using this branch for all your Banking needs.
I had the pleasure of working with the bank manager, Rachel, yesterday evening. She was beyond helpful and pleasant even though I came in with a unique situation right before closing time.
This bank is amazing. Rachel, Roberto and I'm so sorry their names escape me but the handsome blonde guy who counts money super fast and the beautiful young girl with stylish glasses! They are all so friendly and the customer service is over the top. I recently went to the S'field branch for the first time Friday the 19th and was horrified when I tried to get in 8 minutes before 5PM only to see a customer leave and as I tried to enter the door was slammed and locked.
