Needed to get an important deposit in, ATM kept refusing a major portion of my cash. Tried several times . US Bank has closed every branch n ATM in Hopkinsville. Bad. I called 800 number to report the issue . Ask for another location to make the deposit, nearest was 23 miles away. I was angry, this was ridiculous . I went to a restaurant made the smallest purchase i could to get different bills n try again to make the deposit.
Good people and good friends
US Bank has gone downhill, no customer service ever available with wait times of 20-30 minutes just to be helped by an unfriendly teller. Time to change banks y’all.
