Great customer service Joey was great to work with, to open a new checking account.
I’m doing this from the parking lot! I cash money orders on a monthly basis with US Bank (multiple) locations! But this one! In Goodlettsville the money order had not only my name which is in the account, but my business name which is in the account they wouldn’t let me cash it this branch is a joke. Save your time.
The staff here is friendly, helpful, patient and able to answer questions clearly.
Very polite and very helpful. Answered all my questions. Was greeted as soon as i walked in the door.
