Very polite and very helpful. Answered all my questions. Was greeted as soon as i walked in the door.
Trying to setup a new bank account for our LLC. Was told that "Cheri" a specialist would be calling to assist. Instead, I have called her three times and left three voicemails within a 24 hour span. No response or update. It shows that our business is not important to this bank so I'll be looking at Wells Fargo to handle our business. Very disappointed with this lack of customer support.
