Can't say never there cause the Josue d berlanga passed away suddenly at home with Miss Agnes Jones I paid the mortgage payment through them us but not on this day I was someplace else

Thank you for closing an account that social security specifically said not to close for 3 months so I could receive my husbands last check after he passed away. For refusing the payment BEFORE the account was closed! Even though a second person was on that account! And thank you for making everything harder on me. Now I have to wait 6 months to a year! I hate this bank and they di nothing but screw people over!

Very professional and very polite. I’m not sure what these other people in the reviews are talking about. Everyone at the banks been very helpful with me as far as opening new CDs and there’s a notary on hand who was able to help me with a will.
