The absolute SLOWEST bank I've ever dealt with...UNACCEPTABLE
How does US Bank see all these negative reviews and do absolutely nothing to improve this branch. Not a positive word to say about this branch in any regard, their drive up telling sucks, their in-branch tellers are even worse. About one more negative experience and I'm moving all my accounts to a different bank. Do better US Bank, both corporate and local.
Drive tru is a disaster. First of all you can't see cashier. Went inside long lines and one cashier
Several employees lack competence. Made multiple appointments and told different things each time to simply close an account. This has happened before and I chalked it up as a bad day for them. Nobody answers the phone either. The few good employees they have should be getting paid double.
