False advertising hours this place is abandoned save your gas
Would give zero if I could. We dealt with “Kori P” and honestly, it was a complete headache and waste of time. She lacks professionalism and doesn’t let you speak. She cuts you off and doesn’t care what you have to say, is only worried about herself unfortunately and not the customer. I won’t go into too much detail, but please refrain from this bank let alone this branch in general. Even when you provide ALL paperwork that was asked, it’s a new story after that. I would leave a 0 but not an option. They simply don’t value their business customers enough consistently. Tough to get ahold of people on phone, and if you are in the drive thru line, but not up to the window by 5 pm, they will close the window on you. Even when you are in the business lane which means you probably have an important deposit to make. If I was inside the bank before 5 pm, they would take my deposit and they usually adhere to this policy in the drive thru but not all the time. I was just in the drive thru line... read more
