This bank has been my bank for 50 yrs. It has changed names over these years but I still go there.
4:58pm Friday September 4th, 2026...Labor Day wknd. Worked my butt off all week in the sweltering heat (as we all should) pouring concrete; to have an employee lock the door 12ft in front of me= in my face basically & walked away to ignore me when I knocked. I stood there watching other patrons being tended to while I was ignored. I have zero doubt that I was seen by multiple employees, and I know I'm being watched on camera. This branch is only capable of very simple task. Couldnt add my daughter to my existing account. We drove 3 miles to another us bank branch and no problem. This branch had always had terrible customer service. Avoid at all cost
