I always get great service at this branch. Literally every single time I've gone over the past 10 years. Never long wait times, never any rude treatment, never any drama. I go in...they help...I leave. Makes me wonder about these dramatically poor reviews by people who view themselves as self important. Let it go man. Let it go.
i was greeted and helped promptly with my request for more coin rolls and deposit of already rolled coins. I have been in this branch several times and I was happy to see more tellers helping people.
Tellers were very rude and refused to listen to anything I said. I go to multiple different branches and am always treated with highest amount of respect. THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST! I simply tried to get a money order as I do for rent every month and I was refused service and told I needed to get a cashiers check when I’ve been able to get a money order for this amount at various locations multiple times. Slowest bank I’ve ever been to. I’ve sitting in the drive though for 6 mins with no response. Almost daily the outside red/green lights are not turned on. I do NOT recommend banking at this location.
