Poor customer service skills. Unhelpful. Unfriendly.
Today, I went to the Fremont branch to renew a CD. All of the tellers were very friendly, and the transaction was completed in less than 5 minutes. My wife and I have been banking with the US Bank in Fremont for over 25 years and have never had a bad experience.
Needed assistance regarding my card, teller tried assisting but couldn’t help. Called customer service and they worked with the teller but teller got an attitude and couldn’t help me anymore. Went to another location and got what I needed done. This location is horrible, I am glad I bank at First National Bank of Omaha regularly, this is another reason I quit banking at US Bank for my personal and business accounts.
