Needed assistance regarding my card, teller tried assisting but couldn’t help. Called customer service and they worked with the teller but teller got an attitude and couldn’t help me anymore. Went to another location and got what I needed done. This location is horrible, I am glad I bank at First National Bank of Omaha regularly, this is another reason I quit banking at US Bank for my personal and business accounts.
Just had a wonderful time with Emily, she was amazing, the staff helped me with all of my questions and this was a great experience
This branch is one of the best I've visited. The omaha ones are garbage compared to this one. Everyone is so friendly and helpful here.
Long lines long wait time in the business lane drive through. The staff is nice though
