The local staff are as bad as the corporate
Staff here is an absolute joke.
This branch has the rudest and least professional staff I have ever experienced at a bank. The manager Hayden sets the example of haughtiness for the employees. Instead of kindly serving customers, he barks commands and has no listening skills whatsoever. Today I went into the bank to make a deposit and have a doc notarized. The deposit went well with the teller whom I believe might have been Nathan. However, Sue K was so rude and unprofessional I had to go next door to UPS and pay to have the doc notarized.
