Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a US Bank. I went here on my lunch hour to get a temporary debit card (the last one I ordered from here never came). A new employee was being trained and 2 people were in front of me. I waited patiently to be helped. The trainer ignored me acting like I wasn't there while 2 other employees were in plain view of me said nothing eventually the trainer sad down and got on his computer.
