It's a distinct pleasure just walking through the door of the Pendleton U.S. Bank Branch. The bankers there are much more than bankers ... they're like family.
Always nasty dirty by the ATM.
Put a hold on my retirement funds that I paid a outrageous fee to have expedited. All they need to do is call the bank to verify, but, they can't even do that. I will be closing my account as soon as my funds are verified. The longer I have to wait for my money, the more sites I am going to complain on.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but my interaction with Shelly was enough to make me want to. Her tone, demeanor, and facial expressions were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I arrived with plenty of time before closing. Instead of verifying my checks while I was there, I waited while staff had a lengthy conversation in the back.
