Everyone is so nice and welcoming
I had a very disappointing experience with this bank. Within the first six months, the ATM malfunctioned multiple times. After being approved for a credit card, my available credit limit was significantly reduced shortly after I started using it, without a clear explanation. My debit card was also locked twice without any notification, leaving me unable to access my account.
