I had a very disappointing experience with this bank. Within the first six months, the ATM malfunctioned multiple times. After being approved for a credit card, my available credit limit was significantly reduced shortly after I started using it, without a clear explanation. My debit card was also locked twice without any notification, leaving me unable to access my account. Difficulty with personal banking issues
They are always just pleasant and respectful and always very helpful on anything that I come up there and need to ask About and they’ve really helped me straighten my life out through their banking
They like to run people cards multiple times and when it is approved the first time and then not want to refund it back and when you all then to cancel it they don't. This branch is has rude employees and the back manager is not any better . I will not be coming back to this branch again
