Horrible customer service whether going into a branch or calling their 800 number. They consistently neglect to tell you things when they are “helping” you so it normally ends up making the situation worse. When you call the 800, you get brushed off, redirected and hung up on until it’s not even worth calling back. It’s disappointing every time you have to interact with them.
Overdraft charges can be excessive. Continuous day charges incurred here.
