Manager Aimee N. Laster committed fraud by closing my account when asking questions about a refund we were expecting. She retaliated and IMMEDIATELY closed the account after becoming hostile and we left the property. She intentionally concealed her managers contact information because she knew she was in the wrong. The staff at the Mattoon branch are top notch!!
If I could give 0 stars I would - I've called 3 times in a row; and needed to speak to someone in the branch. The message finally gets to, "One moment until I connect you to a banker" and rings....then hangs up on me. Time to move on to another place.
