The staff at the Mattoon branch are top notch!!
If I could give 0 stars I would - I've called 3 times in a row; and needed to speak to someone in the branch. The message finally gets to, "One moment until I connect you to a banker" and rings....then hangs up on me. Time to move on to another place.
If you do any business outside of Mattoon save yourself the trouble and don’t bank here. Everything is slow and nobody wants to help you.
