Great staff,have had so much trouble with point of sale units and all the crazy monthly charges even though I own them
This bank is terrible! The Troy location only. The reps are nice but they never seem to help with anything. I’ve had several problems with my kid’s accounts and given wrong information several times. I’ve banked with US bank for years and I’ve never had this many problems with a bank. Also, it’s never very busy when I go inside, but I have to wait because the reps are at their stations talking to each other and laughing. So unprofessional. Worst bank ever.
