I paid a check card off in full before due date, and they still charged me interest charges, will be looking for a didn't credit card,
I've had a bank account for the past 30 yrs of my life(been with US Bank the past 9yrs) And I have more negative comments about them than any other I have ever used. Save yourself the pain&suffering! I Do Not Recommend!!! To be continued...
If you come to this branch for anything, especially to cancel your account, be ready to be fully disrespected. The older guy named Benjamin was absolutely negative and disrespectful with me. He has been reported to his superiors and I've heard from the area about his bad reputation with how he treats the customers. I would advise to avoid this branch all together and take your business somewhere else like a credit union. I have nothing good to say about this bank
I went into this branch in hopes to receive help and support. I greeted a loan officer who seemed displeased to have their day interrupted. They were unable to help and had to get support from multiple others. I then spoke to the manager Benjamin who was rude, unhelpful, and provided one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Once my loan is done, I will never bank with US Bank again and will recommend to avoid them to anyone who asks.
Advise the people who receive calls to not treat the person as if they're stupid
