I went into this branch in hopes to receive help and support. I greeted a loan officer who seemed displeased to have their day interrupted. They were unable to help and had to get support from multiple others. I then spoke to the manager Benjamin who was rude, unhelpful, and provided one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Once my loan is done, I will never bank with US Bank again and will recommend to avoid them to anyone who asks.
Advise the people who receive calls to not treat the person as if they're stupid

I wanted to share how impressed with Jordan. He helped me through an issue and I feel like he went above and beyond his duties to make sure that I was taken care of. Jennifer and her team at the Troy, Ohio U.S. Bank branch as a whole has done a great job taking care of my personal and business banking needs over the years.
Made a rare stop inside Troy's branch and was immediately admonished and embarrassed by a grouchy older woman because I was several steps (literally) passed the please wait here sign. I own my role in overlooking the sign but I've worked in customer service long enough to know that such strict enforcement of a completely arbitrary rule is an example of a burned out employee using company policy to lash out at customers they selectively dislike.
