This location is fine. The people are nice and service isn't bad. However, US bank is a bit of a disaster. I use them for business banking, and on more than one occasion they are completely befuddled by basic operations. I am going to mail a check for 11k to a vendor today because they could neither execute a wire, or an ACH transfer. I couldn't transfer cash from my brokerage to my business checking to pay my taxes. Worst branch manager ever. Obstinate and snarky. I had an issue with my account that needed resolved and he didn’t bother to look at any of my documents he basically told me it was my fault and there was nothing he could do. He put exactly 0% effort in. I went to another branch and that manager helped resolve my issue immediately because he actually knew what he was doing and what customer service is. Don’t bank at this branch.
