This is not necessarily a problem with this branch, but more of a problem with US Bank in general. This is my local branch, so here I am. I'm a 20-year customer. I use Mobile deposit frequently. Today I deposited a check from the same vendor that I've been getting the check from weekly for 5 years, it got flagged and half of the money will not go in for an entire week. Rude unprofessional staff. Sarah is rude and unprofessional. When she was unable to answer my financial questions, she hung up on me. Expect this behavior from this branch.
During my visit today to make a deposit, I was offered and accepted a credit card. I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional customer service I received, particularly from Barbara, who demonstrated both expertise and a pleasant demeanor. Thank you, US Bank.
