I did much research and shopping and chose US Bank because of it's market saturation and customer service reviews. It seems every us bank I encounter there are nasty rude people who think they are better than you. If what you are asking them isn't something they want to do they will transfer you to the main line where you encounter a foreign person who won't understand anything you are asking most of the time.
Jackson is an absolute saint and saved my sanity. Will never go to another branch
