I live 40 minutes from this branch, which is still the closest since they closed a closer one during Covid. I walked in to make a deposit and walked back out in less than 5 minutes. I like the big bank capability when it comes with small rural town service, character, and values like this branch makes possible. It's even better than the one I used to use. Very comfortable setting and atmosphere.

Friendly employees. BUT a 20 minute wait in the drive up line is ridiculous. One teller on a Saturday morning is not okay and forget about trying to get through the liine during the week on a lunch break. And don't tell me that my banking can be done online. This is a small town rural bank where the customers want the personal touch.
