Very disappointed with the customer service. Given incorrect information in the drive through, difficult to talk to someone in person or on the phone and the bank regularly takes every chance they can to maximize fees while other banking institutions are taki g action to reduce them- disappointing, not what I hoped for with a local bank, going back to internet banking
