US bank in Jacksonville closed up drive through , now the night deposit on main bank closed you have to park and walk in the cold. Every time you try to use drive through there is only one teller and the two lines are out to the street. Always an excuse ..we have people sick. We’ll call hire some part time or someth8ng. This bank is old ,and I’m not sure any upgrades since late 60s Poorly maintained..makes you wonder shapers the funds for maintenance and employees is going! Perhaps an audit needed?
