I went to go set up a bank account, and the women there was very rude and not professional at all. Definitely will go to a different us bank.
It's a older bank but everyone is very nice I like it
This is my least favorite branch. The drive thru is always dirty, littered with paper and garbage. It is not in a very populated area and the drive thru ends in a parking lot you have to circle thru to get back out to the road. It feels not safe everytime I have to use this branch.

US Bank Lockland Branch Last Saturday, I was heading out of town and needed to complete a business banking transaction. I was unlucky enough to go to the Lockland branch of US Bank. After being cheerfully greeted by a polite teller, I sent my transaction through the now-seems-normal 'transaction transportation tube'.
