I know your bank tellers worked so hard to get me the help I needed. I know they aren't in control of mortgages, but they made many calls and emails for me to check the status of my mortgage. They helped me process timely documents and were very kind and professional. I soo very much appreciate the help and information I needed. They know how to get the job done and do it extremely well!!! Thank you Chase & Amelia.
If I could have given a negative stars I would. They give you all these phone numbers to call and NOT a human to talk to !! I will think the next time I choose a bank at they are willing to be there to talk to a customer who has been with them for years. How long does it take to answer a simple question!! Not long. I still have NO answers. Thanks for your lack of caring about your customers.
Very rude! Not an existing customer so didn't know they want everyone to use drive thru. Was treated poorly after that. I'm not going to become a customer with such rude attitudes.
