A young lady was very polite and respectful make sure that I understood everything
I love this bank. I've been a customer at USB for many years. They do what a bank does and do it well. The Banker's are fast, knowledgeable, and polite. Plus this branch is open on Saturdays.
I know your bank tellers worked so hard to get me the help I needed. I know they aren't in control of mortgages, but they made many calls and emails for me to check the status of my mortgage. They helped me process timely documents and were very kind and professional. I soo very much appreciate the help and information I needed. They know how to get the job done and do it extremely well!!! Thank you Chase & Amelia.
