One is to high. I been banking with US Bank for years, this location use to have tellers that help Horrible service
Staff is very rude
It's literally crazy with what they get away with. They have Google remove post that aren't breaking the rules. But hey Google breaks federal rules of communication every day.
Awful. I have been with US Bank for almost 10 years and it has only gotten worse. They closed down one of the two branches in my town, then only have one teller working most days. If you need to deposit a check greater than $16,000, you HAVE to go to the branch and wait an hour for the one teller to get to you. When you first walk into the branch they tell you to use online checking. Do you think if that was an option I’d have driven down here?
