Awful. I have been with US Bank for almost 10 years and it has only gotten worse. They closed down one of the two branches in my town, then only have one teller working most days. If you need to deposit a check greater than $16,000, you HAVE to go to the branch and wait an hour for the one teller to get to you. When you first walk into the branch they tell you to use online checking. Do you think if that was an option I’d have driven down here? Excellent service from a solid national bank with a home-town feel.
Not a fan of the staff at this bank in any way shape or form. They act like you are a complete criminal. Anytime you want to do a transaction. I have l have money in the bank. I have choices and can take it elsewhere. US Bank needs to train the staff members. The turnover is high and nobody ever knows what they’re doing.
