It is a frustrating experience to try to speak with anyone at US bank over the phone. The 800 number puts you thru to an off shore person who speaks broken English. The wait time to talk to that off shore person is over 20 minutes. What happened to customer service in this country? Tried to call the local bank in Placerville and the menu did not allow me to speak to anyone. I have banked here for 30 years.... questioning why should I continue...
The people here are really kind. Haven’t had to do anything super complicated banking-wise but they have always helped me with everything I have needed.
One is to high. I been banking with US Bank for years, this location use to have tellers that help Horrible service
Staff is very rude
It's literally crazy with what they get away with. They have Google remove post that aren't breaking the rules. But hey Google breaks federal rules of communication every day.
