I made a phone appointment online and was never called, and when I called to check in I was spoken to very curtly.
I was at this bank Thursday around noon to change my account name to my new name. So I decided to change name on debit card too. I asked the woman if my card still work until I get my new card and she said yes. Because she wasn't closing the account just changing the name. Well this evening I tried to pay for some things and my card was declined. I have bills to online but my card has been canceled. Mad as hell cause I have to buy a debit card to pay my bills.
Seem to be in a hurry to leave wasn't very useful I felt rushed and staff didn't want to answer my questions.just kept replying I'm not sure about that I'm not sure.
