Their ATM took my Amex card and these jerks would not give it back because it wasn't a US bank card. They didn't care that I could prove it was mine they told me to "call corporate and complan" they simply couldn't care less.
I have been a US Bank customer for years. Finally gave up on them after multiple bad experiences, specifically with this branch and with US Bank overall. Specifically at this branch, they have lost two large deposits, only after providing them with the receipt and photographic proof (my accountant insists on pictures of every deposit and the deposit receipt stapled to a stub or copy of the check) would they even listen. After having a series of issues with the freestanding US bank across the street, I decided to come here. Denise, the assistant manager here is absolutely amazing. She was funny, helpful, and willing to explain everything. She was incredible and made a not-so-fun task much better. I will exclusively come to this branch from now on, not only based on the fact that the staff is incredible, but they also have unheard of hours for a bank. My experience here is the reason I am still with US Bank.
