I made an appointment, I arrive early and they could assist me immediately. They had all the documents prepared in advance and walked me through every step to perform a pay off on an account. Perfection!
I have used this branch as my primary bank for about 5 years. I have always received excellent service. The lobby has recently been refurbished, and the 24/7 ATM area is very nice.
They update hours online and still closed an hour early. Not the first time either.
They have gone down hill. Their lobby is never open anymore, and if I physically need to go to the bank, it is easier to go in than drive thru, or else I would have done it online. Employees also can't seem to do much besides direct you to online services, annoying.
