EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND PERSONABLE. I HAVE BEEN BANKING HERE SINCE 2007 AND HAVEN'T HAD ANY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES WITH THEM.
I made an appointment, I arrive early and they could assist me immediately. They had all the documents prepared in advance and walked me through every step to perform a pay off on an account. Perfection!
I have used this branch as my primary bank for about 5 years. I have always received excellent service. The lobby has recently been refurbished, and the 24/7 ATM area is very nice.
They update hours online and still closed an hour early. Not the first time either.
